
Riffa, November 04, 2024/ Faisal Bin Khalid Talents Academy’s athletes set several new records at the International School Games (Bahrain 2024), which was recently hosted by the Kingdom.
Salem Salem set a new Bahraini record in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 14.24 seconds, while the Bahrain girls’ 4×100-meter relay team set a world record.
In a new sporting achievement added to Bahrain’s record, the Kingdom achieved remarkable success at the 2024 School Games, winning several medals in various competitions.

Laila Kamal won a silver medal in the 100-meter race, after a remarkable performance in the race, which is the result of her hard work and continuous training.


In the high jump competition, Ahmed Sabri showed great skill to win a silver medal in this event, after a strong competition with the best players.
In the 100-meter race, Abbas Abkar managed to snatch the bronze medal, achieving another achievement for Bahraini sports in this championship.


In the relay race, the Bahrain team (females) shone in the 4×100-meter relay, where the team deservedly won the gold medal, and the same team added a second gold medal in the mixed relay (100-200-300-400 meters).
The Bahrain team (males) won a silver medal in the 4×100-meter relay to conclude their participation in the championship successfully.
These achievements are evidence of the high level of Bahraini athletes at the ISF 2024, and reflect the continued excellence and high sportsmanship of Bahraini youth in various sports.
