Riffa, April 19, 2023/ Faisal Bin Khalid Talents Academy organized the first Ramadan Championship, which was held at the Bahrain National Stadium on Wednesday evening, April 12, 2023, in the presence of group of talented athletes from both genders.

The first Ramadan Championship, which was supervised by the Technical Director of Talents, former international star Saad Shadad, witnessed a large participation of male and female runners, as the talented runners competed in several competitions: 60 meters for boys, 100 meters for boys and girls, long jump for boys and girls, high jump for boys and girls, 300 meters for boys, 600 meters for boys and girls, 200 meters for girls, 4×100 for boys, and 4×100 for boys.

After the conclusion of the competitions, Mr. Khalid Al Doseri crowned all the first place winners, praising the outstanding levels presented by the runners during the championship, which reflects their good abilities and potential for a promising future.

Al-Doseri stressed that the first Ramadan championship comes within the framework of the Faisal Bin Khalid Academy for Talented Athletes’ keenness to organize many activities and competitions that contribute to the development of talented people, highlight their abilities and energies, and form a new generation of runners in line with the objectives for which the Academy was established, wishing all participants success.
